Filing a complaint to the ECtHR  

AKRO investiční společnost announces to the unitholders of the former CS Funds that on 27 May 2020 it filed a complaint with the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg against the resolution of the Constitutional Court of 26 November 2019 File no .: I. ÚS 2516/19.
